UMAMI stems from a need to rediscover the fundamental taste, in this case in music. It’s a word that is not translated into different languages, it is international, like the artists here from all over the world. Umami is the unique flavour that encompasses them all, sweet, sour, bitter, salty that encompasses perfection… which is what one feels when listening to music with a quality research, a mix of emotions that are created, leading the listener to moments of ecstasy.
